Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

The Turtle Fur Company wants you to be completely happy with your purchase from us. Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt:

For a full refund: Product and all other charges (original freight amount paid and sales tax) are refunded in the original form of payment.

For an exchange: We will gladly exchange for the same item (color of your choice). If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order for the product that will make you happier!

To make a return or exchange is easy:
Fill out the return form: Download the Return Form (pdf) IMPORTANT – be sure to include your order number so that we may refund the correct account.

Enter your 17 digit Order ID# (do not include spaces or dashes) in the Merchant Information RMA field: Click here to create a domestic return label.
Put the item and return form into a box/envelope.
Place the prepaid return shipping label on the package.
Ship it – drop off at the nearest post office or simply place in your outgoing mail.

For our Canadian neighbors: Your return slip was included in your package and can be affixed to the bag your product came in and similar packaging to send it back to Turtle Fur. Contact Customer Service at turtle@turtlefur.com with any questions or concerns.

Orders placed using a gift certificate retrieved from an online deal site cannot be refunded but can be exchanged under the same conditions stated above.

Turtle Fur Group can only accept packages with a return address.


Turtle Fur Group warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a product defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will replace the defective product with the same style or a product of similar value.
