NetSuite Systems Administrator

Turtle Fur is seeking a full-time collaborative, hands-on NetSuite Systems Administrator to oversee, implement, train and maintain our soon to go-live NetSuite OneWorld ERP system. This position will support all areas within the company; manufacturing, purchasing, wholesale and retail sales, CRM, distribution, accounting, marketing, and design to optimize, standardize, customize and drive efficiency. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of NetSuite, be an excellent problem solver, teacher, communicator and have experience in manufacturing and/or distribution. The position is based at the Turtle's Nest in Morrisville, Vermont.

Main Responsibilities:

-Lead the configuration, development and continued evolution of NetSuite ERP.

-Take the lead of our NetSuite ERP implementation team, and with our implementation partner, NetSuite Professional Services.

-Take the lead on the integration, on-going maintenance and support for 3rd party software connections to NetSuite (Avalara, Celigo, DSI, SPS Commerce and Shiphawk).

-Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations within NetSuite.

-Help configure custom reports views and optimize other front-end tools and customer-facing documents.

-Actively initiate and support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs and dashboards.

-Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users, including training.

-Provide support and troubleshooting with regard to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity.

-Serve as the primary contact for NetSuite support, opening cases and tracking issues to resolution.

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration and new developments.

-Create and maintain written and video documentation of the system and business processes.

-Work with internal teams to develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects and new functionality based on evolving business needs to drive efficiency.

-Manage version updates and test functionality to ensure a smooth roll out.

-Assist with data import process, data cleanup and data migration forms.

Desired Skills & Experience:

-Experience being a NetSuite Administrator with hands on experience in NetSuite customizations and data migration; 3-5 years minimum experience.

-Experience with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBundler.

-Experience with JavaScript.

-Experience with a full cycle NetSuite implementation.

-Experience in system integration testing and unit testing.

-Experience with NetSuite AM.-Basic business knowledge and standard NetSuite knowledge in transactions within the various modules, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, Financials and Reporting.

-Willingness to learn new technologies as they arise.

-Good process documentation skills.

-Project management experience.

-Strong communication skills.

Education:

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in an IT related field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.

-NetSuite Administrator Certification and NetSuite ERP Certification a plus.

eCommerce Operations Turtle

Turtle Fur is seeking an eCommerce Operations Turtle to be the owner of our direct-to-consumer sales channels, ensuring accurate product data, imagery, and listings across our website and 3rd party marketplace channels. Success in this role is measured by growing sales across all sales channels.

The ideal candidate will align with the eCommerce department's guiding values of a growth mindset, communication as a foundation, and responsibility, bringing an entrepreneurial passion for providing top-tier customer experiences through data driven decision making, an obsessive attention to detail, and skill in design thinking problem solving.

In this role you will be responsible for...
...accurately representing products in the backend systems and on customer facing platforms.
...monitoring and optimization of listings on 3rd Party Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart).
...managing Amazon Sponsored Product Ads for profitable sales growth.
...KPI reporting for all sales channels.
...leading A/B testing of listing content, imagery, formatting, and ads.
...working alongside the Customer Acquisition Turtle to deliver profitable campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing, preferably in a brand setting.
- BA or BS in business, marketing, communications, or similar area of study.

This full-time role reports directly to the Director of eCommerce and is located at the Turtle Fur headquarters.
