Refunds and Returns

The Turtle Fur Company wants you to be completely happy with your purchase from www.turtlefur.com. Any unworn product with tags attached* may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

All sales of Face Masks and Filters are final.

Product and all applicable sales tax will be refunded in the original form of payment. Orders placed using a gift certificate retrieved from an online deal site cannot be refunded.

To make a Return:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

To start the returns process email us at turtle@turtlefur.com. If your item is eligible to be returned, our customer service reps will send you a label to print at home.

Step 2: Complete Returns Form

Fill out the return form on your pack slip to include with your return.

Step 3: Ship It

Affix the return label and place the return in your mailbox, or bring it to your nearest US Post Office.

Our products have been known to last years, and even decades. Turtle Fur warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of retail purchase by the original owner ("Warranty Period"). If a product defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will replace the defective product with the same style or a product of similar value.
