Love them! I had purchased one for my husband at the Goldminers gift shop in Alta ski area many years ago, and he loved it. I later returned to buy one for myself and one for a friend. A few years later, I purchased a second for my husband at the same shop. He wears his nearly every ski day (more than 100/season) and they were wearing thin. I’ve checked back with the shop for more in the past several years - to no avail. Then a friend suggested contacting Turtle Fur online. I love this face mask. I can breath and stay warm without fogging my goggles. the air you breath in comes under the flap so it is not too cold. With heavy breathing due to heavy skiing the flap will get wet and then frozen due to your breath condensation , but all masks to this. I have a second I change out a midday. You can NOT beat the anti-fog with warmth feature. I place it on, adjust my goggles and I'm good to ski fog-free all day.

The flap in the front is made up of a thicker felt-like material, instead of fleece like the rest of the mask. This means during heavy breathing (while running for me), the flap gets sucked back and seals around the hole cut for your mouth and is MUCH harder to breathe through. I honestly don't know what that was a design decision made, and why the flap couldn't just be the same (easy to breathe through) material.

2 stars because even though I can't realistically use it for running, it did keep my glasses from fogging up.
