Meet Elizabetha. Fly fisher, hiker, overall outdoor enthusiast. If she's not outside, you'll probably find her in the classroom with a gang of preschoolers (but we'd take a bet that she already has her next adventure planned).
Where is your hometown?
Where is you currently reside?
What are your favorite ways to spend time outside?
After hanging out in a classroom all week I love getting out to try new activities but my favorites are fly fishing, hiking, golfing, and snowboarding.
What is your most beloved piece of Turtle Fur gear?
My reversible tube because I have used it to keep myself warm for years. I bought it at Keystone resort while I was snowboarding.
What Turtle Fur product comes with you on every adventure, and why?
I have been packing all of my tubes for every outdoor adventure. Never know which one I may need. I have lightweight tubes to protect me from the sun without overheating and my fleece lined neck warmers for the sun, wind and freezing weather.
What is your most cherished outdoor memory?
My most cherished outdoor memory was this last spring on the Colorado River. My last big fly fishing trip before my college graduation. I relaxed on the river all day with no expectations to catch, but the last hour of the day provided the biggest/most beautiful rainbow trout I had ever seen. Holding such an amazing, wild fish in my hands and releasing it back into the river, those are the moments I will remember for the rest of my life.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be, and why?
New Zealand. I would love to explore the amazing fisheries that it has to offer, and meet some of the friends I have made through social media that have supported me through my fly fishing and endometriosis journey.
What is your day job?
What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?
Earning my BA in Education at Metropolitan State University of Denver
Two truths and a lie:
Terrified of balloons

Where should people go if they want to follow along on your adventures?
