I wear this to cover my face while alpine skiing at 9,000 ft. It's super soft comfortable material and not too thick or paper thin. Stays up/put over my nose (with help I imagine of my goggles.) Keeps my face warm even when 15 degrees and windy. The only drawback is that I wish it was slightly more breathable and it retains moisture a bit more than I prefer so when breathing heavy while skiing, it provides some resistance on your inhale and get damp. I would hope in the super dry air at 9,000 ft it would dry out by the top the chair got to the top but it doesn't so it remains somewhat damp the whole day. But I've yet to find any neck gaiter with any material that doesn't do this.

I like the soft lining next to the skin, the fabric is lightweight.....however the extra large was too tight to wear as a head and neck covering. Customer service was very kind and sent me a fleece version which is much more stretchy and fits perfectly at no cost. Thank you for your wonderful service!

You can truly use this tube for anything and is good for all four seasons. Also is a great thing to keep in a medical kit. When I teach Wilderness Medical Courses, I show people this tube and show them how many different things you can use it for. Can be used as a life saving device!!
